DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered to the courier within 2 business days. Due to high demand during promotional periods, the delivery time may vary between 2-7 business days. You will be notified via SMS and email when your product is delivered. You can track the status of your order in the " My Orders " section of your Account page. We recommend checking your order for damage upon receipt. In the event of damage, you can return the product with a damage report without receiving it. Product exchanges are not accepted except for damaged products.
RETURN CONDITIONS
You can return your purchased products within 30 days of the invoice date. Upon receipt, the returned product will be inspected within 14 days, and if there are no issues with the product, the return will be approved. If the product is found to be damaged, broken, damaged, torn, used, or similar, and is not returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return, and the cost will not be refunded. You can send the products you wish to return to us via UPS Shipping, quoting the code W5387E, with a cash on delivery.
