Ordering Steps
a. Product Selection and Adding to Cart
If you are looking for a product, you can search by typing the relevant keywords into the search bar at the top of the page and clicking the magnifying glass icon. This will list products related to your search.
When you visit the page for the product you are interested in, you can find descriptions, specifications, and images. If this information is insufficient, you can search online for more information or contact our customer service.
You can easily add the product to your shopping cart in the desired quantity by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.
b. Viewing and Editing the Shopping Cart
You can access your shopping cart by clicking the Cart icon at the top of the page. In this section, you can update the quantity of products as you wish or easily remove items you don't want.
When you click the “Continue to Checkout” button on the shopping cart page, if you are not logged in to your account, the system will redirect you to the Member Login page. On this page, you can log in by entering your Flormar Extra membership information, or you can continue as a guest user if you prefer. Creating an account or logging in is not required to complete your order.
c. Delivery and Billing Information
To complete your order, you need to enter your delivery and billing address information. If you are already a member, you can select one of the addresses registered in the system or define a new address. Please ensure your address information is complete and accurate for smooth delivery.
On this screen where you can fill in your address information, the system defaults to accepting the billing and delivery addresses as the same. If you want these addresses to be different, you can uncheck the "Same as Billing Address" option and enter your billing address separately. After completing all the address information, you can proceed to the payment step by clicking the "Continue" button.
d. Payment Options
You can use the following payment methods on our website:
• Credit Card / Debit Card/ MADA/ Apple Pay
• Tamara
Please fill in the required information according to your chosen payment method and proceed with the transaction.
e. Order Summary and Confirmation
You can check all the details of your order, the total amount, and delivery information on the https://www.flormar.sa checkout page. After ensuring that the information is correct, you can complete your order by clicking the "Buy" button. You will receive an email confirming your order.
2. Order Tracking and History
By logging into your account, you can view your current and past orders and track their status in the "My Orders" section.
3. Order Cancellations and Changes
You can track your order status from your My Account page and cancel your order by reaching out to us before it starts being prepared. Once your order has been shipped, no changes can be made. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled. For detailed information, please visit our Return Policy page.
4. Preservation of Contracts
The Preliminary Information and Contract text is stored in the systems of Flormar.sa for a period of three years. You can access the contracts related to your order via the "My Orders/Order Details" page.
5. Dispute Resolution Mechanisms
For any problems you may experience with the products you have purchased, we recommend that you first contact our customer service.
